Where can I use it mainly?

Deodorizer is used in textile products such as clothes, underwear, bedding, dolls, shoes, sneakers, etc. that are difficult to wash every day.It is even more effective and for clothing(especially underwear), sprinkle enough and dry before wearing to maintain a pleasant state without odors. If you sprinkle enough on your sportswear before exercise and wear it after drying, you can reduce the unpleasant odor caused by sweating during or after exercise. In the kitchen, the odour can be reduced by sprinkling it on food waste. If cooking results in an unpleasant odour, the same solution can be applied. You can reduce the odor by using the product on puppy pads and cat litter. If you apply sufficient spray to the car mat, you can eliminate odours in the car. (For plastic and leather inside the car, sprinkle enough with a clean cloth or dry mop and wipe.)

I sprayed it in a food container.

If used in a food container, please remove the contents by immersing the container in running water. (No detergents are required.)

Sprayed on metal.

Due to the nature of the product containing water, some metals may partially corrode when sprayed and left for a long period of time. If it has just been sprayed, wipe it with a dry rag or wipe.

Can I mix it with Lax?

Mixing with Lax will cause discolouration. Never mix/use with Lax products.

Can children's use it?

There are no safety issues with the product but it should be used in situations where children are under supervision.

Can I spray it on animals?

It is classified as an industrial product and should not be sprayed directly on animals. Please use it on the environment and items where animals live. It is safe to use on pee pads, cat litter, etc. and is effective in removing unpleasant odours caused by pets.

Deodorizer got into my eyes.

In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with running water. If you experience any adverse reactions, seek medical attention.

Can I use it in the air in my living room?

This product is for use on objects and should not be used as a room deodoriser. Please use it on items (such as clothing) that have or may have odours.

Where should I store it?

Store at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a shaded area.

My product is powdery.

Due to the nature of the product there may be occasional sedimentation but this will not affect performance.

There is no scent, is it effective?

Other products have a strong scent which may make you think it is temporarily effective (masking effect). However, once the scent wears off, the original smell remains. HealthaClean Deodorizer, unlike other products, removes the substances that cause bad odours, so you can feel the excellent deodorising effect.

Can I spray it in the microwave?

You can spray HealthaClean on a dry cloth and use it.

Can I use it to remove toilet or cigarette smell?

Yes. It can effectively remove ammonia, which is the cause of toilet odours, and pyridine, which is the cause of tobacco odours.

The product was frozen when I received it.

In winter, the temperature outside is very low, which can cause freezing during transport. Store indoors, melt and use.

Can I use it to deodorise the air conditioner?

Due to the nature of the product containing water, partial corrosion of metal parts inside the air conditioner may occur, so it is not recommended.

Can I spray it inside the solid wood drawer?

Will the odour be removed after wallpapering?

How do I get rid of bacteria in the fibres?

After using the deodorizer, the mineral components remaining in the fibre will meet the bacteria and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

Does it contain any ingredients harmful to the human body?

Atomy HealthaClean Deodorizer is made of only mineral ingredients familiar to the human body, so you can use it with confidence. This product does not contain substances that cause pulmonary fibrosis when inhaled, such as benzalkonium chloride, didecyldimethylammonium chloride, methylisothiazolinone, and 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazolinone. It is a safe product free from harmful heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium, and antimony.

Can I use it on food waste?

If your food waste has a strong odour, you can spray it several times to remove the odour.

Is it safe to use inside the car?

When using it in the car, spray directly on mats and fabric products. For leather and other materials, spray the deodorizer on a dry cloth and wipe the surfaces.
