Atomy Water Filter does not leak carbon powder
Atomy Water Filter Pitcher has a much smaller mesh net and UF Membrane than the activated carbon particles, so carbon (activated carbon) powder does not spill out. The white or black powder found in the storage tank while using the product is a phenomenon caused by foreign substances precipitated inside the water pipes flowing in together with tap water. They don’t pass through the filter and are mainly found on the surface of the storage tank or filter mesh.
How to Use
This document is a translation of the manual produced for Korea with the same contents. This product and manual are for use in Korea. We do not guarantee quality overseas where the water quality environment is different.
STEP 1.
Remove the water filter from the bag and wash it with tap water.

For the water filter, twist the top of the O-Ring.

STEP 2.
Slide the water filter vertically into the storage tank. (until it stops)
Less than 1/2
STEP 3.
Fill the body container with less than 1/2 full of water.
Water may overflow if more than 1/2 is added.
STEP 4.
Put the storage tank with the water filter installed into the main body container and close the lid.

Fill the storage tank 2/3 full with water and leave it for 20 minutes.
STEP 6.
Discard the water after 20 minutes or more.
STEP 7.
Add tap water and filter naturally.
STEP 8.
When the water is filtered, discard any remaining water in the body container. Repeat 2 more times. (total of 3 times)
Filtration in a new product takes about 10 minutes. If the water temperature is low, it will take longer.

STEP 1.
Align the position of the Counter Dial. Turn the dial on the lid to set the replacement month.
The month marked with an engraving is the period during which the water filter can be used.
Ex) If you started using it or replaced the filter in September, set the starting month to September. Replace the water filter in November and use it

Add tap water and close the lid.
STEP 3.
Set the body upright to filter.
STEP 4.
Consume filtered water.
Be sure to close the lid when pouring water.
Use after all the water in the storage tank has been filtered. Purified water (filtered water) is mixed with unpurified water (water before filtration).
If there is water in the storage tank, it may overflow through the lid.
Precautions for use
1.
Use water that meets the drinking standard for tap water as it may affect your health.
2.
If there is any damage to this product, please contact the seller or the after-sales service center. Never touch the damaged area as there is a risk of injury.
3.
After water passes through the water filter, always keep it in the refrigerator as bacteria may multiply.
4.
Make sure to use the storage tank, body container, lid, and water filter as a set.
5.
When using the water filter, be sure to prepare it according to [How to Use], as water purification performance cannot be achieved without doing so.
6.
Use after all the water in the storage tank has been filtered. During use, water in the storage tank and in the main body container may mix.
7.
When making cold water using ice, put the ice in the storage tank. If you put it directly into the main body container, it won’t be purified water with the melted ice mixed in.
8.
Do not use hot water over 35°C. There is a risk that previously adsorbed contaminants may flow out during purification due to the deterioration of the filter function.
9.
Do not block the air holes of the water filter, filtration may take more time.
10.
If the product is damaged, stop using it immediately. Never touch the damaged area.
11.
Wash the body container regularly and well under running water and dry it. If you use detergent, please dilute it and rinse well before washing. Insufficient rinsing can cause deterioration of water quality.
12.
If you do not use it for a long time, wash the main body container with diluted neutral kitchen detergent, dry it, and replace the filter with a new one. Insufficient rinsing can cause deterioration of water quality. Replace the water filter when not used for more than 15 days.

Do not touch the inside of the main body container, water outlet, and water filter with dirty hands or objects. There is a risk of contamination.
2.
Do not leave it at room temperature for a long time during use. There is a risk of bacteria multiplying.
3.
Never put anything other than tap water, such as tea bags, juice, or milk. There is a risk of bacteria multiplying.
4.
Do not use filtered water for fishkeeping as the fish may die.
5.
Do not place near a microwave. There is a risk of deformation, discoloration or damage.
6.
Do not heat. This product and water filter cannot be used in a microwave or oven.
7.
Do not put in a dishwasher or dryer. It may cause discoloration or damage.
8.
Do not leave or store in a place exposed to direct sunlight or in a car with high temperatures in hot weather. Performance or lifespan may be reduced.
9.
Do not freeze in a freezer or low-temperature refrigerator. It may cause damage and affect water purification performance.
10.
Do not use other cleaners or thinners when cleaning the body container, storage tank, or lid. It can cause scratches and discoloration.
11.
Do not carry with wet hands. There is a risk of dropping it.
12.
Do not forcefully wash the narrow part of the container. It may break and cause injury.

본 제품은 공정거래위원회 고시 소비자 분쟁 해결기준 및 방문 판매 등에 관한 법률에 따라 교환 또는 환불 받을 수 있습니다.

※ 제품 품질보증기간은 구입일로부터 1년 이내로 처리 됩니다. 소모성 부품은 이 품질보증에서 제외 됩니다.
※ 구입일을 확인 할 수 없을 경우 제품 제조일 또는 수입통관일로부터 3개월이 경과한날로부터 품질보증기간을 기산 적용 합니다.

※ 품질보증기간 이내에 동일하자에 대해 2회까지 수리하였으나 하자가 재발하는 경우 또는 여러 부위 하자에 대해 4회까지 수리하였으나 하자가 재발하는 경우는 수리가 불가능 한 것으로 처리 합니다.

4. 제품 접수 / 제품 고장, AS, 설치 문의
1) 소비자 또는 회원이 구입한 애터미 헤어 드라이어 제품의 주문, 접수, AS 수리, 기타 문의는 애터미㈜ 고객행복센터를 통해 접수 및 상담 가능합니다.
2) 애터미 회원이 아닌 일반 소비자의 경우라도 애터미 헤어 드라이어 제품으로 확인될 경우에 문의 유형별 접수 가능하며 A/S 접수는 제품 제조시기를 확인후
무상보증기간 여부 판단하여 처리 진행 합니다.
5. 상품 반품, 환불 및 A/S 처리
1) 반품(환불) 처리 기준
① 제품의 훼손, 파손, 사용된 제품, 설치 된 제품일 경우에는 반품이 불가합니다.
② 제품 사용 후 제품하자 이외의 단순 변심에 따른 반품은 불가합니다.
2) 제품 A/S 진행시
┖ 품질보증기간 1년 이내에는 제품하자로 확인될 경우 무상처리가 진행되며 고객과실로 확인되는 점검/수리는 유상처리로 진행 됩니다.
품질보증기간 1년 이후에는 고객과실을 포함하여 유상처리가 진행되며 소비자보호원 분쟁해결기준에 따라 처리 합니다.
